The Samburu area is home to four unique mammals which you are likely to see when staying at any one of these lodges. The area is also rich with the history of its most famous residents George and Joy Adamson and their lions. In fact many of the camps and lodges in this area where first started by either one of these two. For example Elsa's Kopje named after that most famous of lions.
