DAY 1 NAIROBI- LAKE MAGADI

Early morning you will be met by Casolodge Travel and Safaris at the Airport who will then pick you as you drive to the southern side of Kenya located deep in the heart of Southern Kenya’s Masai land. The lake covers an area of 104 sq.km Soda Lake and is completely surrounded by vast natural salts flats. These sweltering plains prevents any animals from reaching the alkaline lake at its centre. For this reason, thousands of flamingoes descend on the lake each year to feed on the algae and crustacean at the lake’s shore safe from any potential predators such as fish eagle. DAY 2: FULL DAY LAKE MAGADI

The baking salt plains stretch into horizons of shimmering heat haze, while the shallow lake heaves with the pink waves of nesting flamingo. The otherworldly atmosphere is compounded by the intense heat and the isolation.
Magadi is often the final destination for treks from the Nguruman escarpment or the Loita hills.

DAY 3 LAKE MAGADI- NAIROBI

Early morning after breakfast check out of the hotel with a game drive en route arriving Nairobi in the afternoon. Lunch will be at your own cost.
